Effective Monday, April 23, 2018, the responsibility for stormwater capacity will transfer from the Utility Analysis section to the Office of the City Engineer. The new Stormwater Information Form will replace the Stormwater Letter of Availability Application form. The Utility Analysis Section will continue to process stormwater applications that have already been submitted to the Houston Permitting Center.

Just over 10 years ago, Steven R. Ward, PE and Ryan Getz, PE were project engineers at large firms in Houston. Having met while civil engineering students at Texas A&M University, and both working in the greater Houston area, they remained close friends. “Ryan and I both had the fortune of going to work directly out of school for some great firms,” says Ward.
Mirna Fernandez recently joined WGA as a Project Manager in a key role of developing the firm’s reach into the Houston market. Ms. Fernandez brings a distinctive career focused on developing solid engineering solutions for her clients and more than 12 years of hands-on experience to the team.
