With over two decades in the industry, Leighann Bailie has gained a wealth of experience by sitting in nearly every seat at the table. Her deep understanding of the interests of all stakeholders – clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies – enables her to navigate complex projects with a balanced and strategic approach. Throughout her career, she has successfully led teams, streamlined project delivery processes, and driven results that exceed expectations.

Leighann currently serves as WGA’s Program Management Practice Leader, where she is spearheading the development and expansion of the division. She is dedicated to building a robust program management practice that enhances efficiency, mitigates risk, and delivers value-driven solutions for clients. Her leadership is instrumental in shaping the division’s long-term vision, implementing best practices, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
