BRADY O’NEAL

PRACTICE LEADER, NATURAL RESOURCES

Brady O’Neal serves as WGA’s Practice Leader for Natural Resources, providing strategic direction and technical oversight across the firm’s environmental practice. Operating from Houston, Texas, Brady leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering natural resources studies, impact analyses, and permitting strategies for commercial, utility, transportation, and infrastructure clients across all geographies where WGA operates.

Brady brings a national regulatory perspective to every engagement, having consulted directly with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Air Force, Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Federal Aviation Administration, and other major federal stakeholders. This depth of agency experience allows him to anticipate regulatory risk, craft defensible mitigation strategies, and guide clients through complex local, state, and federal permitting processes with confidence.

Under Brady’s leadership, WGA’s natural resources team integrates rigorous technical analysis with practical project delivery, ensuring environmental compliance is built into planning from the outset rather than managed as an afterthought. His reputation with clients is grounded in technical credibility, transparent communication, and a consistent ability to align regulatory strategy with project objectives.
