BRADY O’NEAL

PRACTICE LEADER, NATURAL RESOURCES

   

Brady O’Neal supports WGA as their Practice Leader in Natural Resources. Based in Houston, Texas, his role consists of managing and conducting natural resources studies, impact analyses, and developing mitigation and permitting strategies for commercial, utility, transportation and other infrastructure projects throughout all geographies in which the firm operates. In Brady’s work scope, he additionally conducts natural resource studies and prepares environmental impact assessments and permit packages for local, state, and federal agencies. He conducts thorough technical environmental analyses to support conclusions and recommendations. He has served as technical lead and primary project point for clients and has earned their respect and trust through strong technical ability, transparency, and clear client communication.

Brady orchestrates team efforts to deliver comprehensive environmental assessments and data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration of scientific expertise into project planning and execution. Brady provides a ‘national perspective,’ and on behalf of his clients, he has consulted directly with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Air Force, Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Federal Aviation Administration, and other major project stakeholders on environmental projects he managed. In addition, Mr. O’Neal has expertise in stormwater pollution prevention plans and compliance inspections throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
