We’re proud to announce the official launch of Adaptive Program Management LLC (Adaptive), a strategic extension of WGA’s legacy of client-focused solutions. Adaptive was created in direct response to our clients’ evolving needs for independent, high-level support across the entire project lifecycle.

Originally operating within WGA LLC, our program management services quickly became an extension of our engineering practice. As more clients began seeking comprehensive, impartial guidance from pre-design through close-out, it became clear that these services needed to evolve. The result is Adaptive – a dedicated and independently operated division built to meet these needs without constraints of internal affiliation.

Adaptive’s initial focus is involving private sector clients in the Institutional, Healthcare, and Industrial markets, as well as public clients requiring assistance with facility related projects. We offer comprehensive, end-to-end services that integrate strategic oversight at every stage. Whether serving as program manager, project manager, or owner’s representative, Adaptive is committed to delivering better projects with reduced risk, greater transparency, and stronger outcomes.

Leveraging our extensive network of trusted partners across architecture, engineering, construction, and related industries, we ensure the right team is in place to meet the unique needs of each project – from inception to completion.

As part of launching this new effort, we’re excited to welcome Leighann Bailie, P.E., as Practice Leader of Private Site Development within Adaptive Program Management. With over 23 years of industry experience, Leighann plays a pivotal role in shaping our service offerings and supporting the growth of this new entity. She brings a comprehensive perspective and a strong track record of collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies – along with a passion for advancing program management strategies that drive efficiency, accountability, and results.
