Adaptive Program Management, A WGA Company, Welcomes Michael Horvath, AIA as Senior Practice Leader

WGA is proud to announce a significant investment in our service offerings with the launch of Adaptive Program Management (Adaptive), a new entity dedicated to helping our clients deliver better projects with less risk, more transparency, and stronger outcomes. Built on the foundation of WGA’s proven track record, Adaptive brings program-level thinking and detailed execution together, bridging the gap between vision and delivery.

Adaptive helps clients achieve success through four key areas: program strategy & planning, advisory & risk management, project execution & support, and stakeholder alignment & coordination. By bringing clarity and control to complex projects, Adaptive ensures that client goals are met with precision, efficiency, and value.

As part of this strategic growth, Adaptive Program Management is excited to welcome Michael (Mike) Horvath, AIA as Senior Practice Leader for Conceptual Construction and Development. In this senior leadership role, Mike leads the Conceptual Construction and Development practice, where he is responsible for driving its execution and long-term growth. In addition, Mike plays a key role in shaping Adaptive’s broader strategic growth across Texas and in new markets.

Mike brings extensive experience in strategic planning, preconstruction services, and project delivery across commercial, civic, institutional, residential, and industrial sectors. Over his career, he has led preconstruction services for more than 50 projects totaling 30 million square feet across North America, China, and Australia.

His proven expertise in budget control, scheduling, value engineering, and contract negotiations ensures that Adaptive’s clients receive maximum value and achieve their most critical goals of cost, quality, and performance.

“Mike’s leadership and vision will be instrumental as we grow Adaptive Program Management into an independent, trusted partner for clients seeking comprehensive program oversight,” said Ryan Venable, COO of WGA. “His expertise aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver best-in-class consulting that creates value and helps clients achieve their goals.”

Adaptive’s team is well-positioned to help clients navigate the complexities of development while achieving transformative results.

We are thrilled to welcome Mike and look forward to the impact his leadership will have on our clients, teams, and the communities we serve.
