WGA is proud to welcome Dano Lozano, P.E.,LEED AP to the team as our new Senior Practice Leader of Site Development for Southeast Texas. Based in our Houston office, Dano brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the civil engineering industry, with a career deeply rooted in the Houston region and a reputation as a trusted technical expert in land and site development.

As Senior Practice Leader, Dano will guide the strategic direction and daily operations of WGA’s Southeast Texas Site Development practice, focusing on expanding services and strengthening our presence across Southeast and Central Texas. His leadership will be pivotal in driving business development, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions for public and private sector projects.

Dano’s background includes a wide range of expertise in program and project management, contract administration, construction oversight, and infrastructure design. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed numerous large-scale land development efforts and is known for his consistent track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget. His strong communication skills, paired with his technical acumen, have helped him build lasting relationships with clients and collaborators throughout the region.

A LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council, Dano is committed to advancing sustainable development practices. He earned his Master of Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and remains active in the Houston-area engineering community.

As WGA continues to grow its presence throughout Texas, Dano’s leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our site development services, expanding our regional footprint, and continuing to deliver the high standards our clients have come to expect.
