Over the course of her 23-year career, Leighann has built a diverse portfolio by working across the full project cycle. Her unique perspective, shaped by meaningful engagement with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, equips her to lead with balance, foresight, and strategic clarity. She has consistently demonstrated an ability to streamline delivery processes, foster productive collaboration, and achieve outcomes that exceed client expectations.

Leighann brings an independent judgement and strategic perspective to every project, ensuring the right partners are selected based solely on the unique needs and goals of each client.
