Brady O’Neal Joins WGA as Practice Leader, Natural Resources

WGA is pleased to welcome Brady O’Neal as the Practice Leader of Natural Resources, where he will lead and expand our Environmental Practice. Bringing more than a decade of experience in environmental consulting and permitting strategies across complex infrastructure projects nationwide, Brady enhances WGA’s technical capabilities and reinforces our commitment to delivering comprehensive, regulatory-compliant environmental solutions.

In his role, Brady will lead the planning, execution, and management of environmental studies and permitting efforts for commercial, utility, transportation, and infrastructure developments. He has a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary environmental teams and working with key regulatory agencies to advance project goals efficiently and responsibly.

Brady has consulted directly with federal, state, and local agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Federal Highway Administration, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and others. His leadership supports and expands WGA’s full suite of Environmental Services, including:

  • Planning and Permitting – NEPA documentation, feasibility studies, federal and state permitting
  • Natural Resources – Waters of the U.S. delineations, habitat assessments, species surveys, mitigation planning
  • Cultural Resources – Archaeological studies, cultural resource surveys, NHPA compliance
  • Environmental Due Diligence – Phase I/II assessments, remediation design, site analysis
  • Compliance – Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), SPCC and FRP plans, air and water discharge permitting
